IMPACT Collaboratory Files
For 2019, identify and disseminate the number of unique claims / events and the number of unique beneficiaries in all hospitals, hospital-based emergency departments (EDs), and skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) from traditional Medicare/fee-for-service (FFS) Medicare beneficiaries with and without Alzheimer’s disease and related dementia’s (ADRD). In addition, the number of events and beneficiaries overall and prevalence of those with ADRD are reported by age, sex, race/ethnicity, and dual Medicare and Medicaid eligibility status.
Data are posted here at the facility level (e.g., an individual hospital) using 100% files from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Facility-level files for each of the three settings are included in SAS, Stata, and CSV formats.
